* 8+ years of relevant experience (preferably from a product engineering background)
* Expertise in OO (C++/Java) software engineering
* Expert knowledge in Java, Security, Privacy, Web Services
* Technical competence with current hands on coding skills in C++ or Java
* Expertise in enterprise architecture definition, modeling and design
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
* Self-starter, must be able to work as individual contributor and as part of a larger team.
* Able to lead complex technical projects
* Rapid learner who thrives in a fast pace environment.
